We take all our sales and make sure that the item you are purchasing is the ideal item that you are looking for, so we go through a range of photos that are displayed and an in-depth description of item that is for sale, and most of the time we only have the one item in stock as we manufacture sometimes one of pieces, in different rings sizes, so if you are not 100% sure that the item being advertised  we are selling for you then please do not purchase the item for sale, as we only sell brand new items which have not been worn by some one else, and due to the covid 19 virus, and taking this into consideration to our customers, we are unable to accept returns. so please contact us if you need any help with your purchase and we are here to help, we have sold thousands of piece of jewellery throughout the years and we only have had a few people in the past to ask to have the pieces altered, as we take pride in every sale, we make, as we are here to sell the desire piece of jewellery that has a meaning to you. so I hope that you can appreciate our point of view. we are here to help. 

If your product does not arrive, then please contact us through our e-mail address info@jewellerdirect.co.uk so we can look into this for you, as we send all our products through a proof  of postage i.e. through the royal mail or other.

If the product is damaged then please contact us through our e-mail address info@jewellerdirect.co.uk and we can view the details of proof of the product has been sold to you. we take photos of all our products to have proof before delivery.
