Shipping Policy

We have a range of shipping prices and it depends where you are in the places we ship to in the world, as you can understand that we cannot control the item when it is being delivered to you by another company, but we do our best to make sure that all the information is correct from the information that you have supplied to us, and if we are unsure of the address we will do a check to make sure we have the right information to get your piece of jewellery to you.

For the UK we have free shipping over £40 and under this is £1.99 an item, for international delivery we have two options international tracked or international signed for, which means the following international tacked is that each stage of the item is being located throughout its journey through the shipping company and although it is not signed for it will show that it has been delivered, when it is international signed for is that you will have to sign then the item is been delivered to you. And that means you have received the item. (Excluding addresses in the Channel Islands).

UK Shipping over £40 is free delivery to the UK mainland

For EU International Shipping throughout the EU to the following counties Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium. Austria, and Luxembourg, will normally take between 3-5 working days but we give a longer time, as for unseen reasons due to postage interruptions or travel conditions to weather etc, so we give 5-9 days, International Tracked or Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. And some one can take the parcel without trace. Etc. We Charge a standard price of £15.00 to be sent. Please contact us if you need help through our website.
